Tower 2 turn-over delayed by a year no prior notice at all;

Misleading sales info-the AC port in 2nd bedroom is on the balcony contrary to layout shown on the brochure;

Very low ceiling for unit A other units are normal;

They forced me to sign the acceptance and refused to document defects but promised (verbally) to address them;

Sent a demand letter threatening to forfeit payments made so far even if account is current;

Slow to respond to emails sometimes not at all;

Unit is fully paid but they refuse to issue move-in clearance until I sign an acknowledgment letter stating that amenities will be delivered gradually as the other towers (7 in total) are built. I'm in tower 2. I'm reluctant to sign as this gives them legal right to collect management fees in full even as the garden, pool, tennis courts, spa, etc. are not yet available.

There is strength in numbers. If there are other Venice homeowners out there who have been unfairly treated by Megaworld, I can be reached at a4b73.0@***.com.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $235194.
