Megaworld - Aftercare
Anyone here experienced Megaworld aftercare policies?
I have a problem with my Megaworld condo unit and I have been telling them about it but they have no response or whatsoever! Their sales agents doesn't seem to care anymore after getting the payment! I don't know what to do anymore I deserve to get my unit fixed!
I read in some comments here in Pissed Consumer about reporting via their hotline, does that work? Or is it better to just email them? or contact them via website? which is most recommended?

Please avoid publishing any personal information and promotional content
Better e-mail them,so that you have prof with your reports and follow up... and if they will not reply..
ask the people in charged
for your problem and don't stop following up... until you pest them off...
Once megaworld takes your money, you don't exist. Talk to a lawyer.
i was informed by my account manager in megaworld that after the unit is accepted, any repairs would be addressed by the building admin. if the unit is still within warranty (1 year), the admin will be the one to contact megaworld.
Nakakainis yang Megaworld na yan! Naglileak yung toilet ko hindi manlang nila ayusin!
