I purchased a studio unit in Eastwood City Tower 2 in March 2014. In December, they notified me that my property had been forfeited due to delays in payment. There was a 2 month delay at that time but I have communicated that it was because of the economic crisis in the Middle East and our salaries were getting delayed. Buying a condominium unit with Megaworld Legrand II in Eastwood was a big mistake. The stuff are unprofessional and disrespectful. I've been paying my unit since December 2008 to 2012 the monthly payments and lump sum every end of the year but in contract the turn over will be April 2012 and it didn't happen. Do not, under any circumtances, purchase units in any Megaworld condos. Their staff are useless, incompetent and almost fraudulent. They dont know how to make calls, or update their clients, they even open your unit for reselling if you missed payments without proper notice and make you pay penalties and interests. I have seen the comment, that the issue has been forwarded to the client relation, why hide, be transparent, I think there will be more investors from Australia who would like to see how many are affected by the conduct of Megaworld. In my case, I have received final notice for the 3 months that haven't paid. All I asked is to suspended the payment until they are ready to hand over the unit. Megaworld Corporation - Beware Megaworld Turn-Over Bad to Worst Quality

After several attempt back and forth from overseas for our unit turn-over in Venice Mackinkey Hill and had to provide authorise Atty in Fact who had signed the turn-over of our unit. Upon visiting the unit for the first time, it was very dusty and was not cleaned prior to turn-over. Bought a property near Resorts World called Palm Trees Two. The hand over was supposed tow be at least mid 2015, it is now 2016 and no one will respond to my emails or phone calls about when I can get the keys. Every time I call they would tell me that they will email me the details but I have not received anything despite continuing to contact them. The property is paid in full, taxes and all and 5 months on we still don't have the keys.... Read more

I got the chance to work with Megaworld PPG last 2013, as an agent I knew my responsibility and obligations to fulfill and that is what I did.. saturation, manning and even meeting with clients during my off.. as time goes by I got lucky to have a sale worth 11Million and 3% of that is my commission.. even after I resigned because of my rude and inconsiderate sales manager and other sales documentation staff I always make it a point to have good... If you are considering investing in Megaworld properties, please think twice. For four years now, we have been paying Megaworld and for 6 times the account consultant have changed. Every time a change occur, the new account consultant would ask for reconciliation of payments. SERVICE SUCKS. admin staff are rude and incompetent!!! i would suggest not to buy any units by mega world. they have slow and incompetent staff. When we moved in the water bill reached 2,000pesos. we asked the admin how was it possible and their response was "un ung nasa metro" ("that's what in the meter") How can that be possible when we only moved in. when we asked when the billing started they couldn't provide proof, just their receipt...
