Megaworld Corporation is one of the largest real estate companies in the Philippines. The company was founded in 1989 by Andrew Tan and initially was aimed at real estate development, leasing and marketing. It also primarily is involved in developing large-scale planned communities, commercial, leisure, incorporating residential and educational components. The company is famous for its various projects such as Forbes Town Center – commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila; Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, Newport City, Pasay City, Eastwood City, Quezon City, Manhattan Garden City, Quezon City, Cityplace Chinatown, Manila and many others.
